Investor and trustee business participation categories under Schedule 3 provide a likelihood of nomination and service
on the Board of Directors, however; any business size or level can be on the Board. Two nominees from Schedule 2
membership will also serve on the Board, with special consideration for investor and truesee level participants.
BENEFACTOR RECOGNITION Any member who honors the past by making a one-time or on-going grant, contribution or other
investment will be recognized as a benefactor in support of ATI's independent tax research.
